气虚体质指人体的元气(基本能量)不足,表现为功能低下、抵抗力差。气虚体质的人通常容易感到疲劳、无力,并且容易出汗。
Qi-deficiency constitution refers to a state in which the body's vital energy (Qi) is insufficient, leading to low functional activity and poor resistance to illness. People with a Qi-deficiency constitution often feel fatigued, weak, and tend to sweat easily.

【外形特征】
1. 面色萎黄或苍白,缺乏血色。
2. 身体消瘦或虚胖,肌肉松弛无力。

【症状】
1. 疲倦乏力,稍作活动即感到疲劳。
2. 自汗,不活动时也容易出汗。
3. 呼吸短促,稍微运动即感气短。
4. 声音低弱,说话无力。
5. 免疫力低,容易感冒或患病,病后恢复慢。

Fatigue and weakness, easily tired after light activity
Spontaneous sweating, even without exertion
Shortness of breath, especially after mild exercise

气虚主要影响脾、肺两脏。
脾气虚:食欲不振,腹胀便溏,面色萎黄。
肺气虚:咳嗽无力,气短声低,易感冒。
Qi deficiency primarily affects the Spleen and Lung organs.
Spleen Qi Deficiency: Poor appetite, abdominal bloating, loose stools, and sallow complexion.
Lung Qi Deficiency: Weak cough, shortness of breath, low voice, and susceptibility to colds.
脉象:脉虚弱无力,浮大无力或细弱。
舌象:舌淡胖,舌边有齿痕,舌苔薄白。
气虚的人由于抵抗力差,易反复感冒,消化系统疾病如慢性胃炎、消化不良等和慢性疲劳综合症,出现长期疲劳乏力。
Pulse Condition: Weak and forceless pulse, possibly floating and large but lacking strength, or thin and weak.
Tongue Appearance: Pale and swollen tongue with teeth marks on the sides; thin white coating on the tongue.
People with Qi deficiency tend to have poor resistance to illness, are prone to recurrent colds, and may suffer from chronic digestive issues like gastritis and indigestion, as well as chronic fatigue syndrome, with persistent tiredness and weakness.

饮食
1. 补气食品如黄芪、人参、大枣、蜂蜜、糯米等。
2. 均衡营养,注意膳食均衡,避免过度食用寒凉食物。
3. 少量多餐,避免暴饮暴食。
运动
1. 适量运动,选择适合的轻缓运动,如太极拳、瑜伽、散步等。
