【常见原因】

1. 饮食不当,长期食用油腻、辛辣、煎炸食物。

1.面色暗黄,或面部油光发亮。

2.体型中等或偏胖,容易出汗。

3. 舌苔黄腻,舌体胖大。

【症状】

1. 口苦口黏,早晨尤为明显。

2. 身体沉重,四肢沉重无力,易感疲劳。

3. 发热烦躁,经常感到身体发热,心烦易怒。

4. 小便黄赤,尿液颜色深黄。

5. 大便黏滞,便秘或大便不爽,常伴有臭味。

湿热主要影响肝、胆、胃、肠等脏腑。

- 肝胆湿热:口苦、胁痛、目赤。

- 脾胃湿热:食欲不振、口苦口干、胃脘不适。

- 肠道湿热:腹泻或便秘,便臭,肛门灼热。
