Origin TCM | Qi Stagnation Constitution (气郁体质)

Qi Stagnation Constitution is mainly characterized by impaired flow of Qi (vital energy) in the body, leading to emotional disturbances and sluggish internal energy circulation. It often presents with symptoms such as low mood, irritability, and emotional stress.


【常见原因】

1. 情志因素,长期精神紧张、焦虑、抑郁、情绪不畅。

2. 生活压力,过度工作压力或生活压力,未能有效释放。

3. 性格因素,内向、多思多虑、情绪易波动。

4. 饮食不当,饮食失调或饮食习惯不良。

5. 遗传因素,家族中有气郁体质倾向。
