Our TCM practitioner will take the time to understand your main health concerns, lifestyle, diet, sleep, emotional wellbeing, bowel and urinary habits, menstrual health, and other relevant symptoms. Where available, we will also review your medical examinations, imaging, or laboratory reports to gain a more comprehensive understanding of your overall health condition.
Through pulse diagnosis, tongue diagnosis, and physical assessment, our TCM practitioners evaluate your body constitution and underlying patterns of imbalance, including cold and heat, deficiency and excess, Qi and Blood, and Yin and Yang.
This allows us to look beyond surface symptoms and develop a deeper understanding of the factors contributing to your health concerns.
Based on your individual constitution and health condition, our TCM practitioner will recommend the most suitable treatment approach, which may include acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, Tui Na and bone-setting therapy, cupping, Gua Sha, or moxibustion.
Your practitioner will also take the time to explain the recommended course of care, lifestyle and dietary guidance, expected progress, and treatment fees in advance, so you can make informed decisions and proceed with confidence.
After your treatment, we will continue to monitor changes in your symptoms and your body’s response to care. Your treatment plan may be adjusted according to your progress, with the goal of moving beyond short-term symptom relief towards more stable, long-term health management and balance.
