【饮用方法】
建议一星期服用2-3次，每次早餐后服用。
不建议睡前服用，容易发热气。

【冲泡方法】
每次拿1小茶匙的八珍膏，冲泡半杯热水(100-200ml)，搅拌溶解后就能饮用啦！
也可以直接食用，每次一茶匙【热气体质的人还是乖乖泡水喝哦，直接吃会比较热气】
*如果使用吃饭铁勺，每次半勺即可。
 
【保存方法】
保质期是6个月时间。
未开封前放冰箱冷藏。
开封后放室温保存，避免一冷一热容易变质，开封后请在3个月内饮用完，因此请记得一瓶一瓶开封
*使用过程请别让膏方接触水(勺子/膏方存放地点都需要干的)，否则容易发霉变质

服用八珍后两小时需要隔开以下食物/药物【西药/保健品/其他中药/茶类/白萝卜】
哺乳期服用八珍膏后，2小时后才能哺乳。

Ingredients:Red dates, Rehmannia glutinosa (Shu Di Huang), Angelica Sinensis (Dang Gui), Chinese Yam, Codonopsis, Astragalus, Atractylodes, Poria, Licorice, White Peony Root, Ligusticum Chuanxiong, Black Sugar, etc.
 
How to Consume:
Take 1 small teaspoon of Ba Zhen Paste, mix with 100-200ml hot water, stir, and drink.
Can also be consumed directly (not recommended for people with a "hot" body constitution—better to mix with water).
If using a metal spoon, half a spoon per serving is sufficient.
 
Storage Instructions:
Shelf life: 6 months.
Before opening: Store in the refrigerator.
After opening: Keep at room temperature. Avoid temperature fluctuations to prevent spoilage.
Consume within 3 months after opening (open bottles one at a time).
Keep the paste dry—avoid water contact (spoon/storage area must be dry), or it may mold.
Precautions:
Avoid consuming Western medicine, supplements, other herbal medicines, tea, or white radish within 2 hours after taking Ba Zhen Paste.
Breastfeeding mothers: Wait 2 hours after consuming before nursing.
Not Suitable For:
❌ Do not consume during menstruation, before bedtime, or when experiencing fever/sore throat due to a cold.
